新学生 取向 is your opportunity to explore UNH's campus, register for 秋季课程s, and connect with other incoming transfer students, as well as staff and faculty. Our goal is that you will leave June 取向 excited to start your journey as a Wildcat!
Transfer Student 取向 is Thursday, June 27 from 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Registering for 取向
如何注册
Registration for 新学生 取向 launches mid-spring. All deposited students will receive an invitation to register via email once the 取向 Registration Portal is live.
Registering for 取向 is a four-step process:
- 登录你的 招生门户
- Complete the Academic Questionnaire required by your college advisors in preparation of registering for courses at 取向
- 一次提交, you will receive an email confirming the questionnaire completion and a 新 link that will bring you to the 取向 Registration Portal.
- 的re will also be a 新 link added to your 招生门户
- Select your date of choice and complete all questions associated with registration, including registering any guests you will be bringing for Parent & 家庭取向 (optional).
Preparing for your Transfer 取向
1) 检查 Requirements
检查 requirements in the university catalog for the program to which you have been admitted:
- College of Engineering and Physical Sciences (CEPS)
- College of 健康 and Human Services (CHHS)
- College of Liberal Arts (COLA)
- College of Life Sciences and Agriculture (COLSA)
- Paul College of Business and Economics (Paul)
- Thompson School of Applied Science (TSAS)
2) Transferring Credits
If you are transferring credits to UNH, review your UNH 招生 credit evaluation form.
- It will indicate which courses, 如果有任何, you have completed that meet university (please see #1) and writing requirements, as well as the total credits from your previous college that you may apply to your UNH degree.
- Paul College students note: Make sure you have the syllabi for any previously taken business-related courses.
的 Transfer Credit Database is an interactive application that allows students to view how courses at other institutions have transferred into the University of New Hampshire. 的 information provided in the Transfer Credit Database is constantly being updated and does not substitute for an official evaluation of transfer credit by the Office of the Registrar or the Office of 招生.
的 Transfer Credit Database is not a substitute to the transfer credit prior approval process.
3) Review University Degree Requirements
- Identify categories where you will need to take courses.
- Check the undergraduate catalog (please see #1) for the year which pertains to you for courses to see what is available.

5) Select Courses and Alternates
- UNH baccalaureate students typically take four courses (16 credits).
- Thompson School students take four or more courses (16 credits).
- Not all courses may be open to you, but you will have an opportunity to take those courses in following semesters.
